  • An easy to use tool to help users resolve their connection problems quickly, enabling a better user experience, and driving Operator/OEM support costs down (less calls into call centers, less returned products, higher end user satisfaction, more revenue generating connections established by users.)
  • The diagnostic tool provides the user with enhanced error messages that are easy to read and understand.
  • The user is presented with possible causes of the error/problem and a direct link on how to solve a problem.
  • Or if user prefers, in ONE click can automatically launch the Diagnostic Tool that will run system, modem, and application checks and apply fixes where issues are detected.
